Now have mobile access to your Media Library System with MobileMLS!

Nesbit Systems, Inc. is introducing wireless access to your Media Library System (MLS) with the next generation of mobile scanning software. MobileMLS will permit access to the MLS system from anywhere with wireless technology. This will allow scanning, locating, and updating assets stored in MLS. All you need is a wireless network, and MLS is with you!

No wireless network is available? No problem! Whether there is no wireless network available in house or your assets are off site, MobileMLS can run in Batch Mode too! By allowing you to still have full scanner functionality, this will quickly become an invaluable tool.

Here is some of the functionality you will have with MobileMLS:
  • Scan in
  • Scan out
  • Update Tape Records
  • Update Table Values
  • Inventory
  • Search your MLS
  • Verify Information
  • Never be without MLS
With this scanner in your hands, you will always have MLS at you fingertips. You can be anywhere in your organization with a wireless network and have up to the minute information about your assets! You won’t have to wait until you synch up with your PC to know where the asset is or where it is supposed to be.

There are also some great add-ons to the scanner itself so you can set it up exactly as you want!
  • Trigger handles
  • Carrying cases
  • Cradles
  • Neck straps
  • Additional batteries
The size of your wireless access area can be as widespread or controlled as you would like. With wireless access throughout your entire facility, MobileMLS will be a completely interactive tool anywhere you go. By focusing your wireless access to a specific are, it insures that you will have the opportunity to review the work that has been accomplished before updating your main database.
